Three New Video Tutorials ;-)
I was honored to be asked to create three video tutorials for Stamper's Quest: www.stampersquest.com. Of course I had to highlight The Stampsmith. I had so much fun putting these together. Hope you enjoy them and will try out these background and stamping techniques. Get out your Dye-ink reinkers and get ready to create!!!
Creatively yours,
Maria

This card is actually diamond shaped. To help it open, the top point is attached together and has a score across the back to help it open well. It looks fine sitting on its side, but it looks better when the bottom point is sitting in a stand :) This beautiful image reminded me of scenes from Pride and Predjudice (2005 with Keira Knightly). Sentiment and flourishes are by Quietfire Designs. It was fun to create a card representing a favorite movie - go ahead, give it a try!

America's Sweetheart
This card uses a Shirley Temple image, which is available as a single. The image is stamped in Memories black on glossy cardstock, coloured with waterbased markers used as paint and accented with die cut hearts from Spellbinders renaissance hearts pendant dies. The word phrases are done using a dymo label maker and vellum.
Further construction details are found at my blog.

moon ATC
I made this for the wednesday stamper and TMTA themes this week. I thought this image of a girl on the moon was just perfect for this ATC.
Road Trip
I love this image from the Lucy plate. I'm sure many of us have similar memories of special trips with family or friends. It is stamped in Memories black ink on glossy cardstock and coloured with watercolour markers applied with a paint brush.
More construction details can be found on my blog.

Ever Place Foot in Mouth?
Boy, sometimes I say the darnedest things, especially to the ones I love the most. Here is the perfect "I'm So Sorry" card.
I used the "Say It Like It Is" Stampsmith plate along with the "Medieval Ornaments #2" Stampsmith plate.
Hope everyone has a spectacular, safe, and blessed 4th of July!
Hugs, Maria
